Fourteen costenstants were chosen to compete for Femina Miss India Delhi regional pageant. the winner will get direct entry for Femina Miss India 2014. Judged by Mandira Wirk (Fashion Designer), Anupama Verma (Model), Namrata Joshipura (Fashion Designer), Sunil Sethi (FDCI President), and Rahul Dev (Actor), Koyal Rana was announced as the winner while Shashi Bangari and Malati Chahar announced as the Runner-ups.

The pageant was hosted by Sachin Kumbhar at Hotel Kempinski Ambience Delhi- the hospitality and venue partner for the pageant. Koyal Rana previously the winner of Miss Teen Diva India 2008. The outfit for the contestants were designed by Mandira Wirk while the crown and the scintillating jewellery from PC Jewellers.
