A humble, down to earth girl Prachi won because of her self-conviction. A young woman with a golden heart Prachi has worked with children suffering with HIV/ AIDS and she is indeed a role model for young women her age. Infact, Prachi also won Miss Congeniality at Femina Miss India 2012. She worked tirelessly the past year with her Pageant Coach Ritika Ramtri and excelled during the pageant. As the reigning Femina Miss India Earth 2012 she will work towards environmental conservation and try and bring about a difference. Ipsita Pati who was another contestant from The Tiara at Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2012 won Miss Vivacious. Ipsita was also in the top 5 of Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2012 proving that good training does help indeed. Testimony to this is the fact Urvashi Rautela won the title of Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International. It was also a breakthrough for Ritika Ramtri as a coach as she spent the year training Maitraya Kotecha a hearing impaired boy who had the desire to participate in a beauty pageant. The hardwork paid off as Maitraya won the Gladrags Manhunt 1st Runner up Title 2011 creating history. He is perhaps the only deaf and dumb Beauty Pageant winner in India and perhaps the world.
