Holly was born in London, but moved to Essex at the age of two and later to Wales. She has two younger sisters. Holly enjoys reading, playing the piano, painting and drawing. She is very interested in human behavioral studies, and therefore studies Psychology at Cardiff University. Holly would like to become a successful clinical psychologist with her own practice.

Holly has different color eyes; one is green and brown, the other green and blue.
Holly loves to surf and even once shared her surfboard with a stray seal that climbed aboard.
Holly won the national title in Karate when she was 15.

Holly Hale; (born 1990) is a British beauty pageant titleholder, crowned Miss Universe Great Britain 2012. A student of psychology at Cardiff University, and the second consecutive Welsh contestant to capture the title, she will represent Great Britain in the 2012 Miss Universe contest. Holly said: “Miss Universe is the first pageant I have ever entered and so I cannot believe I’ve won! It is so exciting. I’m really hoping to make everyone proud.”
